General Information

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Changes or cancellations must be made in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Payment must be completed as specified during booking. We accept various payment methods and ensure secure transactions.

Check-in is from 3 PM, and check-out is by 10 AM. Early check-ins or late check-outs may incur additional charges.

The villa accommodates up to 5 guests. Exceeding this limit is not permitted and may result in additional fees or eviction.

No parties or events are allowed. Smoking is strictly prohibited within the property. Respect for the neighborhood is required.

Guests are responsible for any damages or losses incurred during their stay. Report any issues promptly to avoid additional charges.
